The name Mëomt-koè Fêqê is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Mëomt-koè Fêqê was founded by Mocthè Tshèdo, who was culturaly Iron Elven.

Mëomt-koè Fêqê covers an area of nearly 5 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 1474 m (4835 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Mëomt-koè Fêqê was founded durring the early 13th century in winter of the year 1222, by Mocthè Tshèdo. The establishment of Mëomt-koè Fêqê suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Mëomt-koè Fêqê which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.
Mëomt-koè Fêqê was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the early 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Mëomt-koè Fêqê is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature delicute timber framework hidden behind layer upon layer of finly ground plaster bleached to an almost glossy white sheen, with green clay tiled roofs and decorative brass-leafed trim. Even the smallest, poorest looking structures appear to be expencive thanks to the extreem elegence of the organic shapes and paterns going into their lofty, spire-y, vagly gothic designs. The more well off folks live in identicle homes, save for even shiner trim and a more whimsical appearance to their structures flowing forms.
Mëomt-koè Fêqê is buildings are arranged arround a network of spacious gravel streets which form a diagonal shaped grid, where each square verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller square has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town rests behind a thick wall made from clay bricks. The wall has all of the proper fortifications and is well made. Unfortuantly the nature of clay brick leaves it quite vulnerable to siege equipment, though the thickness of the wall lends it simmilar resistnace to a thinner hardrock wall. The town's millitarily questionable fortifications are visibly old, but also obviously maintained semi-regularly. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with ocasional mantance of the towns defences.
Right off the bat Mëomt-koè Fêqê hits you in the face with its success. Everyone, even the peasants, are dressed in well made clothing. Every tool and implement you can see is finely made, and people will boast to you as obvious strangers of the wonders which can be found in their markets. More interestingly is a total lack of beggars, and plenty of new buildings are going up even as you speak. Many of those buildings are schools, scriptoriums, and even one college. One can only wonder what knowledge the town has come into.
Civic Infrastructure

Mëomt-koè Fêqê's garrison was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used embraces individualism and experimentation. It emerged as a movement against traditional, classical styles and sought to make buildings dynamic and fun while breaking the rules. The style incorporated elements of previous architectural styles in exaggerated and whimsical ways. Traditional, conservative leanings were void in this era, with most scholars of architecture agreeing it was a time of “anything goes.”.
